The Big Picture

The Big Picture is meant to tap into each Executive’s “50,000 foot level” perspective on any issue of their choosing. Using a disciplined template, Executives can succinctly and logically present the rationale for their Big Picture insight. Please enter each of 3 key data points that lead you to your 50,000 foot level, Big Picture insight. A premise is an assertion that forms the basis for a theory/conclusion.

Here is an example:      

Global Food Supply?

Premise 1:    Global sea levels are rising.
Premise 2:    Deserts and other arid lands are expanding.
Premise 3:    The worldwide human population continues to grow.
Conclusion:  We should pay more attention to the health of global farming, the status of our planetary food supply, and the availability of potable water.
